This policy explains what personal information MySender (mysender.mawanta.com, operated from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, mobile number (when you register) and your password, which is stored only in hashed form.
• Demo and contact requests — name, business name, email, mobile number, product of interest, preferred contact method and time, your message, your consent to be contacted, and the date and IP address of the request.
• Messaging data you create in the service — contacts, groups, templates, schedules, chatbot replies and the messages sent or received through the WhatsApp number you connect, so the service can work for you.
• Payments — plan, amount and payment reference. Card or UPI details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.
• Technical data — session cookies needed to keep you logged in, and server logs for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the service you use.
• To respond to your demo or contact request. We contact you about your request only because you asked us to.
• To send you account, billing and verification messages (for example a one-time code by email or WhatsApp).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run MySender (for example hosting, email delivery and payment processing) or when the law requires it.

Your messages and your customers' data

You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you message and for following WhatsApp's terms and applicable laws. MySender processes your contacts and messages only to run the features you use.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by writing to us at the contact details below.

Security

We use access controls, hashed passwords and encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
