By creating an account or using MySender you agree to these terms.

The service

MySender lets you send and schedule WhatsApp messages, manage contacts and templates, and run an auto-reply chatbot from one dashboard. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose.

How WhatsApp is connected

MySender connects to your WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code. This is not the Official WhatsApp Business Platform API. WhatsApp may limit, restrict or ban numbers at its own discretion, particularly for bulk or unwanted messaging. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or message delivery. Use a number you can afford to risk and follow the sending guidelines we provide. An official-API option is a separate offering — ask us for details.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and respect opt-outs.
• Do not send illegal, abusive, misleading or spam content.
• You are responsible for your messages, your contacts and compliance with WhatsApp's terms and applicable laws.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk.

Plans, trial and payments

Plans, prices and any free trial are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance for the period you choose. Refunds, where offered, follow the policy stated on the pricing page and FAQ.

Your data

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MySender is not liable for indirect losses, lost business, or the restriction of a WhatsApp number by WhatsApp.
